Citadel One-seed Creation

If you don’t have a wallet yet, then this is your option. With Citadel.one you will be able to get multiple assets and manage them with just one master seed phrase.

After logging in, choose “Create Citadel one-seed wallet” and click “Next”.

Create a wallet password and click “Next”. This password will be used to confirm transactions on Citadel platform.

Write down your mnemonic phrase and keep it in a safe place. Click “I Wrote Down My Mnemonic Phrase” to proceed.

Rearrange words to recreate your mnemonic phrase and click “Next”.

Choose which tokens you wish to manage and click “Create”, your addresses will be created shortly.

Restore Citadel wallets via seed phrase

You already have Citadel.one wallet, but can only see you assets in analytics dashboard? Logged out previously, changed a device or a browser? Them this is your option.

After logging in, choose “Restore Citadel one-seed wallet” option on the “Add Wallet” screen and click “Next”.

Create a wallet password and click “Next”. This password will be used to confirm transactions on Citadel platform.

Enter your Citadel mnemonic phrase and click “Next”.

Choose which tokens you wish to manage and click “Recovery”, your addresses will be recovered shortly.

Link hardware wallet

In the initial release Citadel.one will support all Ledger devices, Trezor Model T and Trezor One.

After logging in, choose Link hardware wallet and click “Next”.

Choose which device you wish to connect and click “Next”.

  • Connect your Ledger device to the computer and enter your pin. Select a Network on your Ledger device. On citadel.one website select a network you have opened in Ledger.

Select the wallet address you want to add and click “Import”.

Import existing wallet

Have you already got a wallet but not satisfied with interface? Custodial wallets become less secure? You can import your already existing address to Citadel.one.

After logging in, choose Import existing wallet and click “Next”.

You can import your wallet using a private key or a mnemonic phrase. Choose the suitable option for you.

In the top field choose a network. Input your private key/mnemonic phrase, create a password and click “Import address”.

Track Your Addresses in Analytic mode

Are you keeping track of corporate accounts? Or you control your friends’ or family rewards and transactions? Do you want to see analytics of their wallets, including rewards and transaction history all in one interface? Citadel analytics mode allows you to track, analize and add comments to your rewards and transactions across multiple addresses and networks.

To add an address to analytics dashboard, log in and choose “Analytic mode” and click “Next”.

Choose the network and input the public address that you want to track.

Restore wallets from Backup

Did you previously make a backup of Citadel.one Wallet? Time to Restore. Here is how to make it:

After logging in, choose “Restore wallet from Backup” and click “Next”.

Click “UPLOAD FILE”, choose backup file on your computer and click “Import Backup”.

Be cautious, importing Backup file will overwrite your account data — if user manually imports an address which wasn’t present in the backup file, by importing a backup user will delete that address from his account.

Add Wallet to Existing Account

One wallet is not enough? Want to have multiple assets or restore back your previous addresses? Found your Ledger device under the couch? You can always add more wallets to your account.

To add additional wallets to the Citadel account click “ADD WALLET” in the bottom of the sidebar. (If you can’t see “ADD WALLET” option, perhaps you didn’t enable the cookies yet. It’s right behind!)

Create Citadel one-seed wallet

Choose the 1st option on the “Add Wallet” screen and click “Next”.

Input your wallet password and click “Next”.

Choose which addresses you wish to add and click “Next”, your addresses will be created shortly

Delete addresses from Citadel.one account

Sometimes there are too many, we get that. Specially for this case we added this feature.

If you want to delete any address from Citadel, click “Settings” in the top right corner.

Then click on “…” on the right side of the chosen wallet and click “Delete”.

That’s it! Now you know how to get started with Citadel.one. Make sure you keep your seed phrase safe and secure. Now you can keep your assets and be sure they are in a secure place. Exchange your assets right in citadel.one.
